Class/Service Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may choose to buy one of our services/classes online and reserve your space OR you are also welcome to come directly to our location (please check the CALENDAR), and, if there are available seats, pay on the spot and join the class.
If you buy your class/event online - please read our refund policy:
No-shows or those who canceled less than 48 hours prior to the class, will not receive a rain check.
If you notify us at least 2 days prior to the class, you will receive a refund or a rain-check for another class or service of your choice.
If you do not show up for an event and do not contact us before the event, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellations or class rebooking requests must be done by emailing us at: email@example.com
Other important information:
The Golden Moth reserves the right to cancel an event/class at any time due to class size, weather, sickness, etc. If we feel we need to cancel an event, every attempt will be made to notify those that have signed up for a session. If you paid online, you will be given the option of rescheduling your session or a refund will be made.
